5.1. All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£GBP).

5.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect any order for which we have already confirmed our acceptance.

5.3. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

5.4. All credit / debit card transactions on our website are processed by our third-party payment processor using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details and cannot be accessed by us.

5.5. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and shipping address at the checkout. You must ensure you have made the right selections before confirming your order.

5.6. A confirmation email will be sent to you once AURRA London has accepted your order at which point these Terms and Conditions will become binding.

 

6.     Order Process & Contract

6.1. Our order process provides the opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order until the point at which you submit your order.

6.2. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Please note, this does not mean your order has been accepted.

6.3. A legally binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

6.4. AURRA London reserves the right to cancel or reject any order. If after placing your order we are unable for whatever reason to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing by email.

6.5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

6.5.1. There is an error in pricing or product information.

6.5.2. There is an issue with the authorisation of your method of payment.

6.5.3. Suspected fraud is involved.

6.5.4. The product is no longer available.

6.6. Where we cancel an order under clauses 6.4 and 6.5, if you have already made payment, we will refund you as soon as possible.

 

7.     Delivery

7.1. We offer delivery within the UK only.

7.2. Delivery charges and timescales will be in accordance with the delivery option selected by you when you submit your order.

7.3. Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control. AURRA London is not liable for any such delays. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

8.     Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

8.1. Returns

8.1.1. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products, unless they are faulty.

8.1.2. If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. You may be required to provide photo evidence. If you believe a product is faulty, you should return the product to us in accordance with the Returns & Refund Policy. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us.

8.2. Cancellation

8.2.1. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods as long as these are unopened and unused.

8.2.2. Where you decide to cancel an order after the order has been dispatched, you will be liable to return to us at your own risk and cost. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the products in return transit.

8.2.3. To cancel, please email us at hello@aurralondon.com within 14 days of delivery.

8.2.4. You should return the products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original product packaging.

8.3. Refunds

8.3.1. Where refunds are eligible, these will be paid onto the same method payment used in the original order.

8.3.2. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any product if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you.

8.3.3. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed.

8.3.4. Refunds for products purchased through our website will only be processed once the item is received back. Once the item has been returned and we find everything is as expected, we will notify you when the refund has been issued.

8.3.5. Refunds for products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order.

8.3.6. Once processed, refunds usually take 3-5 working days to appear in your statement. The time frame will be extended during peak periods.
